Supervisor – GlassHouse Café

We are offering an exciting opportunity available from July to lead the front of house team in our café. The right candidate is positive, pro-active and has genuine enthusiasm to make each guest feel valued.

The role is on a full-time permanent basis of 40 hours per week from 7.30am to 4.30pm.

 

Key tasks:

Supporting the General Manager with day to day running of the café

Maintaining our high-standards of customer service and ensuring that customer expectations are exceeded

Ensuring health and safety regulation are always adhered to

Take reservations, ensuring that the guest journey is seamless and pleasant from start to finish.

The right person:

Has experience working within the hospitality environment

Has barista experience

Has exceptional customer service skills, high standards and excellent attention to detail

Is dynamic, charismatic, with a can-do attitude and loves people

Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner

Part Time Front of House Team Member

 

We have an exciting opportunity available immediately for a front of house extraordinaire to join our friendly team. You’ll have the chance to shine, contribute to our successes and make guests’ day through your sparkling service.

With bags of personality and enthusiasm, your talent is in communicating well and working as part of a team. You will have a passion for delivering outstanding and memorable customer experiences.

We’ll train you up until you speak fluent Salutation Inn and can share your knowledge of our well-renowned food and drink.

Full-Time Kitchen Porter

We’re looking for an efficient kitchen porter to join our friendly team. They will be expected to clean and organise crockery, cutlery and other goods in the wash-up areas, and ensure that the kitchen is kept clean and tidy, with pots and pans cleaned, maintained and ready for the chefs use.
